Billy Gene Divelbiss, 88, of Buffalo, was born Feb. 13, 1935, in Hemple, Mo. to Mildred (Sprague) Devilbiss and Glen Divelbiss and died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023, in his home. He is survived by a daughter, Gwen; son-in-law, Ray Whitney; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Garry and his wife Carol of Lathrop; a sister, Sharon Hamann of Cameron. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2023, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Buffalo. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
