Carol Jean Adams was born November 6, 1947, to Doyle Farris and Bonnie Buckner Farris. She passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Cox Hospital in Branson. At the time of her passing, Carol was seventy-six years, one month and twenty-eight days of age.
She was raised in California and completed her schooling there.
On August 9, 1979, she was united in marriage to William “Bill” Adams and to this union one daughter was born. They shared forty-one years of marriage and memories until he passed away on August 22, 2020.
In 1984, Carol and Bill moved to Lebanon where she was employed at Copeland Corporation for over twenty years.
She is survived by her daughter, Jolene Adams Mahan and her fiancé, Michael Cross of Branson; and four grandchildren, Roman Ryan, Brianna Mahan, Zora Rowe and Ridic Rowe.
Carol practiced the Baptist faith. She lived a great, simple life while working hard. She liked to do crafting and enjoyed living out in the country with her horses, cats and dogs. Most of all, Carol enjoyed spending time with her precious grandchildren. They brought her so much joy.
Her family will hold tight to the wonderful memories they made with Carol. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
