Once again, as they have for the past 25 years, Community Baptist Church presented their annual gift to the local community, a huge free fireworks show on Sunday evening, June 30.
Pastor Allen Reeves laughed when asked exactly how long their church had been doing this. “Well, I think about 25 years,” he replied. “Maybe a little longer. We really started much smaller, just doing it for our own church and it grew and now we open it up for the whole community, anyone who wants to come out and enjoy the evening and the fireworks.”
