Elks Community Baby Shower to focus on importance of reading

Literacy will be one of the focuses for a free community baby shower that will be held from 1 until 4 p.m. Saturday at the Lebanon-Laclede County Library. The event is being held courtesy of the Lebanon Elks Lodge 2557 and is open to Laclede County women pregnant or with a baby nine months or younger. The event will include refreshments, prizes, speakers, games, diapers, wipes and more. This is a family event. Participants can also register for stroller drawings.
