Funeral service to be held Friday for woman murdered in 2021

A funeral service will be held Friday for a Lebanon woman who was murdered three years ago. Cassidy Rainwater Paul, 33, of Lebanon died July 24, 2021. Her funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. In a statement, the family said, “ Three years ago our mother, Cassidy Rainwater (Paul), was brutally murdered in Dallas County, Missouri. “We had to wait to lay her to rest until there were final resolutions in the cases of the men who murdered her. On Friday, August 16th at 1 p.m. we will celebrate the life of our mother at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon." For more on this story, see Saturday's LCR.
