Ice Cream Factory owner talks about business as he prepares new Lebanon plant

A business dedicated to “spreading happiness to the world through high quality ice cream” is preparing to open in Lebanon. Later this year, the Ice Cream Factory will open a plant and scoop shop in the city. Owner Shannon Imler shared his plans for the business at a luncheon meeting of the Lebanon Rotary Club last Thursday. Ice Cream Factory has locations in Eldon and Jefferson City. Last year Imler purchased a bigger manufacturing facility in Lebanon to accommodate their growing sales. For more on this story see Wednesday's LCR.
