James “Bodie’’ Herbert Boren, 89, of Richland, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023, in his home.
He is survived by his wife Sue Boren of the home; six children, Judy Kelley (Jeff) of Richland, Janet Walters (Vic) of Richland, Margie Weaver of Lebanon, Joel Boren of Richland, Becky Proctor of Richland, and Charles Boren (Heather) of Richland; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy Mayhew of Crocker; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Burial will follow in the Crocker Memorial Park Cemetery of Crocker. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Bodie Boren and may be left at Memorial Chapel of Richland.
