Judy Tennal, 71, of Eldridge, was born March 2, 1952, in Owensboro, Ky. to Leroy J. Frazier and Margaret A. Jones Frazier, and died Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, in Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. She is survived by her husband William Tennal of the home; her daughter, Dawn Perez of Springfield; her sister, Darlene Newcomb of Owensboro, Ky., and her brother, Dennis Frazier of Owensboro, Ky. Funeral services were held at noon Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial was at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville. A memorial to Paws and Claws has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
