Lebanon man charged with child abuse

39-year-old George Holmes of Lebanon has been charged with a felony for abuse or neglect of a child causing serious emotional or physical injury. He appeared in court on Monday where Judge Larry Winfrey scheduled a bond hearing for April 10 at 1:30 p.m. On March 29, Deputy Greg Mattes and Lieutenant Brad Nelson responded to a call reporting a disturbance. Upon arrival, Mattes was immediately approached by Carrie Frazier and her 13-year-old daughter. Frazier stated that her 3-year-old son was abused by her boyfriend George Holmes.
