A 21,000+ square foot home on seven+ acres in Lebanon will be up for online auction in early November. The bidding for the Colonial estate, built in 2007, will begin at $995,000.
The current homeowners have owned the property since roughly 2021. They previously tried selling the property, but were unable to acquire any good offers on it, and chose to instead put it up for auction.
The auction will take place online on Nov. 5th, with a starting bid of $995,000, and is listed for just under $2.9 million. There will be showings of the house on Oct. 24, 25, 30, and 31, and on Nov.1.
The auction is listed on Target Auction Real Estate Marketing. Dewey Jacobs is the president and CEO of the company. “Once you see it, it is just an absolute quality luxury home, on about seven acres. Someone is going to get a fantastic deal on it, so it’s well worth their time to come out and look at it,” he said. “They’ll be impressed once they see it.”
The Record will provide an update on the property after the auction has concluded.
