CSM (Ret) Michael Anthony Leeber, 70, of Waynesville, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, in his home after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife Clara Leeber of Waynesville; two children, Michael B. Leeber (Jamey) of New Brunswick, Texas, and Sandra N. Branom (Wayne) of Washington, D.C.; two grandchildren, Michael J. Leeber and Jonas G. Leeber; one brother, Tim Leeber of Middletown, R.I.; one sister, Teresa Leeber-Dalke (David) of Middletown, R.I.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with military honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of CSM (Ret) Michael Leeber and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
