Shirley Chapman, 82, of Lebanon, died Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. A visitation will follow. Burial in New Hope Cemetery near Long Lane will be held at a later date.
