Zion Ray Jones, precious son of Melodee Locklear and Scotty Jones, entered this world unexpectedly on Monday, October 26, 2026, in Lebanon, Missouri, far too soon.
Zion is survived by his loving parents; his sisters, Kara Jones, Kandise Jones, Kristen Jones, Italee Locklear, Brittyn Locklear, and Araiya Locklear; his maternal grandparents, Micah and Rhonda Lowrance; his paternal grandparents, Helen Jones and Christopher Bowling; his maternal great-grandparents, Ronnie Lewis and Sharon Monnahan; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Louis Jones; his great-grandmother, Ann Lewis; his great-grandfather, Bob Monnahan; and his aunt, Candy Moore.
Though Zion’s time with us was far too brief, the love he brought into the lives of his parents was immediate and immeasurable. His life left a lasting imprint on their hearts, and he will forever be deeply loved, cherished, and remembered by his family. A graveside service will be Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 10 a.m. at White Oak Pond Cemetery
Arrangements are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
