Betty June (Dill) Howerton, 92, of Buffalo, was born June 5, 1931, in Elkland to Oscar and Lettie (Stafford) Dill and died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023, She is survived by four daughters, Pam and Warren Louderbaugh of Buffalo, Kayla and Don Robbs of Gaffney, S.C., Gina Hohensee of Buffalo, and Joy and Steve Schuelke of Buffalo; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Karen (Howerton) Carney of Bartlesville, Okla. and Kathleen Dill of Elkland. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. The family requests memorial contributions be made to your favorite charity or to the Macedonia Cemetery Fund or Center Point Cemetery fund.
