Jack Owen McClanahan, 72, of Hartville, was born July 22, 1951, in North Kansas City to Troy Allen and Alice Louise (Hamilton) McClanahan and died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, in Springfield. He is survived by his wife Laura McClanahan; son, Robert McClanahan (Heather); daughter, Dakota McClanahan; sister, Connie Northern (Johnny); brother, Alan McClanahan and Rae Jean Key; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Mansfield. Burial will be in Shaddy Cemetery near Grovespring, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville. Visitation was 4-6 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
