Juan A. “Tony’’ Montoya, 81, of Lebanon, was born Aug. 20, 1942, in Denver, Colo. to Reyes Montoya and Mercedes Lujan Montoya, and died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, in his home. He is survived by his wife Betty (Bell) Montoya of Lebanon; two daughters, Tammy Walker and her husband Steve of Lebanon, Elizabeth Compton and her husband Mike of Lebanon; one grandson; two sisters-in-law, Jane Montoya, of Las Vegas, N.M. and Arna Jean Payne of Lebanon; many step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. No services will be held. Tony’s ashes will be spread by his family at a special place at a later date.
