Mary June Compton, 67, of Marshfield, was born Aug. 25, 1956, to Wilbur and Wilda (Peregoy) Robinson and died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at her home. She is survived by her daughter, Kristy France of Springfield; her son, James Compton and wife Dara of Marshfield; her siblings, Debbie Kistner of Nevada, Lee Robinson and Pat of Langley, Okla., Wilbur “Bill’’ Etysel Robinson Jr. of Collinsville, Okla., Jimmy Robinson of Elaine, Ark., and Jean Foster, of Tulsa, Okla; also five grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, in Friendship Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. of Marshfield. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
