Mary Young, age 81, of Stoutland, Missouri passed away on January 29, 2024, at her home. She was born on November 13, 1942 in Fort Morgan, Colorado; a daughter of Frank Whetstone and May Koser. She was united in marriage to Junior Isaac on October1, 1960 and he proceeded her in death in 2021.
After she was married, Mary worked many years, hand in hand with her husband, operating the family farm. She enjoyed being home with her children and found a love for crafting. She did many things including diamond art and flower arrangements. She utilized her special gift and designed and made all the flowers for both her daughters’ weddings. She also preferred being outdoors, working in her garden or flowers. For many years she sold her vegetables in Richland.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Judy Morris of Stoutland, Tammy Dalton of Lebanon; a son, David Young of Stoutland; two brothers, Darrell Murphy of Stoutland, Ronnie Whetstone of Center; a sister Bonnie Pfief of Aurora, Colo.; grandchildren Tracy Reeves (Andy) of Montreal, Crystal Sullens (Mark) of Richland, Benjamin Neufeld (Krystal) of Lebanon, Jessica Shieverdeck (Karl) of Stoutland, Heather Vaughn of Lebanon, Travis Morris (Savanna) of Richland, Austin Morris of Lebanon, Kaylee Morris of Lebanon, Eldon Morris of Richland; and 11 great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded by her parents and a son Donald Eugene Young.
Mary Ann will be buried with her husband at Hillhouse Cemetery at a later date.
