Phillip Lee Kittrell, 88, of Marshfield, was born April 10, 1935, in Marshfield to Garrett and Della (Brixey) Kittrell and died Friday, March 29, 2024, in Cox South Hospital in Springfield He is survived by three daughters, Kristi Mann of Marshfield, Lori Hutton of Marshfield, Holli and Steve Henslee of Marshfield; four grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Kittrell of Charlotte, Tenn.; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Kittrell of Oklahoma, Shirley Kittrell of Nixa, and a brother-in-law, Jim and Linda Grigsby of Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. in Marshfield. Burial with full military honors by Webster County Veterans Memorial Team and the U.S. Navy will be in Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Thursday before funeral services in the funeral home.
