Vicki Jean Fincher, 74, of Lebanon, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, in Osage Beach.
She was born Jun 12, 1949, in Sedalia to Bus and Betty Brown Jacobsen.
On Aug. 24, 1968, she was united in marriage to Arthur Wayne Fincher.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, one granddaughter, Tressie Renee, and two sons-in-law, Lynn McGaughy and Lloyd Jacobs.
Although her top priority was tending to the needs of her family, Vicki was also a realtor for several years and worked as a bookkeeper for Alvin Jackson for 18 years. She was an avid bowler in her younger years and enjoyed camping and fishing with Wayne. Her most treasured moments were those spent with her family. She loved them deeply.
Vicki was a member of Community Baptist Church.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Wayne; children, Tony Fincher, Dena McGaughy and Julia Jacobs; grandchildren, John and Nicole Henson, Jessica and Colton Shepherd, Jeremiah Fincher, Lindsey and Terry Deckard, Clint and Lauren Grimes, Ty Jacobs, Jessica and Rob Conder, Ashton and Josh Williams, Amy and Josh Miller, William and Kirsten McGaughy and Michael and Abigail Lutz; great-grandchildren, Liam, Bristol, Riley, Nashe, Max, Stella, Presley, Jackson, Lynn, Johnny, Liam, Elena, Irelan, Timberlan, Willa J and Loraida; one brother, Larry Jacobsen and his wife Judy; sister-in-law, Debbie Fincher; brother-in-law, Charlie Fincher; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services for Vicki Jean Fincher will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Hough Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon until service time at 1 p.m., also on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made in memory of Vicki to Rheumatoid Arthritis Association. Donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, 1001 N. Lynn or P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, Mo. 65536.
