The Laclede County Commission participated in an annual United States Flag raising ceremony at the County Courthouse on Tuesday, and although the flag was unable to be raised due to wind, community members joined in the raising ceremony and addresses. The flag raising was rescheduled for 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
“This flag is a symbol of unity,” Western Commissioner Darrell Pollock said at the start of ceremony.
