1SG (Ret.) Isiah Keeler, 92, of O’Fallon, Ill, formerly of St. Robert died Friday, Aug. 11, 2023, in the Colonade Senior Living in O’Fallon, Ill.
He is survived by his wife Rosella Keeler of O’Fallon, Ill.; three sons, Billie Keeler (Vanessa) of Triangle, Va.; Douglas Keeler (Yvette) of Stafford, Va., and Algene Keeler (Stephanie) of O’Fallon, Ill.; two daughters, Carol Daniels (Patrick) of Caseyville, Ill., and Nicole Phinazee (Glenn) of Richmond, Texas; his siblings, Doris Robinson of Chicago, Ill.; Robert Keeler of Vossburg, Miss.; Edna Humphrey of Chicago, Ill.; Dock Keeler of Cibblo, Texas; John Keeler of Coffeyville, Miss.; Florine Brogan of Montrose, Ala.; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Visitation will also be held at 9 a.m. until service time at 10 a.m. in Memorial Chapel.
