Billie Janet Holder, 89, of Houston, was born Dec. 28, 1933, in Raymondville and died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023. She is survived by three children, Janice Tuttle and husband Joe of Emporia, Kan.; Justine Periman and husband Jim of Lebanon, and Kenneth Holder and wife Darlene of Bellbrook, Ohio; also four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, at the Houston Bible Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Creek Cemetery.
