Billie Lee Tucker, 69, of Richland, passed away Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, in Richland.
He is survived by his four siblings, Cathey Drake (Phillip) of the state of Oklahoma; Diana Tucker (Don) of Richland, Clint Tucker of Richland, and Terrie Posten (Curt) of Richland; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
No services are planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Billie Lee Tucker and may be made and left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
