Billy Ross Wills, 93, of Phillipsburg, was born Feb. 5, 1930, in Springfield, to David Ross Wills and Ruby Harris Wills. He died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023, at Mercy Hospital Lebanon. He is survived by a daughter, Loretta Wills Brewer and her husband Steve of Springfield; his grandson, Shane Justin Brewer of Republic, and his brother, Curtis Eugene Wills of Lebanon. Visitation for Billy Wills will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. The funeral and burial will be private. A memorial has been established to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and memorials may be made through the funeral home.
