Brian Howard Goans, 54, of Strafford, was born Nov. 2, 1968, to Billie Howard and Carol Ann Marshall Goans and died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023, in St. Louis. He is survived by his wife Anne; two sons, Jack Goans and Austin Goans; one daughter, Alexandra Bayer; his mother, Carol Goans; two brothers, Brent Goans and his significant other, Sherri and Bradley Goans and his significant other, Crystal; one sister, Christine Perryman and her husband, Bruce. A graveside service and burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at White Oak Pond Cemetery with Steve Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Memorials have been suggested to Mid America Transplant Services, Claws & Paws Adoption Center or Rescue One.
