Carmen Alexis (Smith) Russell, 62, of Waynesville, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, in the Life Care Center of Waynesville.
She is survived by her husband Richard Russell of Plato; one son, Cameron Johnson of St. Robert; three stepdaughters, Juanita Russell of the state of North Carolina, Frances Russell of the state of Connecticut, and Lena Davis (Billy) of the state of North Carolina; several grandchildren; one brother, Joe Smith (Wendy) of Kansas City; several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery of Waynesville. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
