Charles “Charlie’’ William Bell, 86, of Lebanon, was born Aug. 19, 1937, in Hallsville to Paul Sr. and Nettie Bell and died Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, in Lebanon. He is survived by his wife Pat Bell, and one sister, Mary McCubbin of Mesa, Ariz. A Celebration of Life service for Charles “Charlie’’ William Bell was held at noon Friday, Oct. 13, 2023, at Calvary Cowboy Church with Brian Kincheloe and Brian McKimmey officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to St. Jude’s or the American Cancer Association. Memorials can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, Mo. 65536.
