Crew Duane Sharp, 2, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in St. Louis.

He was born Aug. 30, 2021, in Springfield to Grant and Morgan (Pearcy) Sharp.

Those preceding him in death include his paternal grandfather, Marcus Sharp; and three great-grandfathers, Ronnie Shockley, Donald Pearcy and Phil Mount.

Crew loved farm life. He was happiest riding his John Deere side by side. He enjoyed watching old westerns with his daddy. He was an old soul and according to his grandparents, quick witted. He loved spending time with his brother and sister.

He is survived by his parents, Grant and Morgan Sharp; one sister, Cora Sharp; one brother, Cain Sharp; paternal grandparents, Scott and Angie Atkinson; maternal grandparents, Todd and Stacey Pearcy; aunts and uncles, Nick and Kiarra Pearcy, Emily and Kyle Bishop, Jimmy and Kelsey Sharp and Jozey Sharp; great-grandparents, Leo and Jan Morgan, Judy Shockley, Don and Carolyn Atkinson and Gloria Mount; several other great aunts and uncles and their families, numerous cousins; and countless family friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Pastors Rick Howerton and Matthew Wilson officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Pond Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, specifically floor nine. Donations may be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, 1001 N. Lynn or P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, Mo. 65536. The family has requested that all family and friends with “Crew’s Crew’’ t-shirts, wear them to the visitation.
