Dorothy “Dot’’ Frances Warthen, 92, of Springfield, was born April 27, 1931, in Oklahoma City, Okla. to Henry and Maude Ganz and died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023, in Springfield. She is survived by three sons, David Warthen and his wife Debra, Rick Warthen, and Russell Warthen; one daughter, Kathy Francavilla and her husband Robert; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, at Shaddy Cemetery, south of Grovespring, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville.
