Beloved teacher Eldon L. Haun Jr., 62, of Richland died Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, at his home.
He is survived by his wife Kathy of the home; three children, Kevin Haun (Heather) of Republic; Kayleigh Shockley (Timothy) of Lebanon, and Katelynne Haun (fiance’ William Nabors) of Republic; four grandchildren, Oakley, Oliver, and Magnolia Haun, and Everly Shockley; one sister, Ruby Jansen of Columbia, S.C.; sister-in-law, Darlene Potter of Leon, Kan.; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, in Richland High School gymnasium. Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, in the Oaklawn Cemetery of Richland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Eldon L. Haun Jr. and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
