Eugene “Gene’’ Emerson Oberbeck, 99, of Conway, was born April 30, 1925, near Niangua to August H. and Cleopatra Oberbeck, and died Friday, June 14, 2024, at his home.
He is survived by his daughter, Helen (Junior) Swadley; sons, Walter (Cathie), Paul (Mandy Hope), and Mark Oberbeck; 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Timber Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Wingo officiating. Burial will be held in Timber Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.
