Gary Roger Dye, 71, of Waynesville, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, in the University of Missouri Hospital of Columbia.
He is survived by his wife Carol Dye of the home; three children, Leah Dye of Grain Valley, Wesley Dye of Lee’s Summit, and Cory Dye (Ashley) of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren, Korbyn Goodwin of Grain Valley; Lily Dye and Rhett Dye, both of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Ray Dye of Lake of the Ozarks, Richard Dye (Phyllis) of Jacksonville, Fla., and Rob Dye (Cathy) of Jacksonville, Fla.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, in the Deerlick Baptist Church of Waynesville. Burial was in the Deerlick Cemetery of Waynesville. Visitation was held from noon until time of service at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Deerlick Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Gary Dye and may be left at the funeral home.
