Helen Faye Welker, 93, of Marshfield, was born Feb. 18, 1930, in Plainview, Texas to Elmer and Lela (Saunders) Mooney and died Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, in Springfield Villa. She is survived by her children, Linda Cook of Springfield, Harvey Welker (Rhonda) of Kissee Mills, Shirley Wilson (Rex) of Marshfield, Robert Welker of Marshfield, Donna Vincent (Bill) of Conway, Susanne Richards (Rick) off Perdido Key, Fla.; David Shutters (Laura) of Blue Eye; brothers, Harold Mooney (Debbie) of Springfield, Keith Mooney (Karen) of League City, Texas; sister-in-law, Betty Mooney of Wiley, Texas; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. of Marshfield.
