Jerry L. Weeks, 80, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He is survived by his significant other, Patsy Harrington of Lebanon; daughters, Tammy Phelps of Edwardsville, Ill, Shawn Parker and her husband Sean of Edwardsville, Ill.; a son, Ryan Weeks and his wife Julyof Scottsdale, Ariz., and a number of grandchildren. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
