Johnny Hawkins, 62, of Lebanon, was born Feb. 12, 1962, in Lebanon to Arthur Hawkins and Freeda Vaughn Hawkins Daniels and died Friday, May 31, 2024, at Richland Care Center in Richland.
He is survived by two brothers, Arthur Hawkins and Ricky Vaughn, both of Lebanon.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Mount Rose Chapel Mausoleum. Burial will follow in Mount Rose Memorial Park. Visitation will be held in the Mausoleum from 10 a.m.-11 a.m., under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon. A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
