Kathy Ann Wade, 83, of Lebanon, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Northridge Place in Lebanon.
She is survived by her sons, Timothy Wade of Everett, Wash., Terry Wade and wife Cathy of Lebanon; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
