Kirby Glenn Pierce, 52, of Hermann, was born Oct. 26, 1971, in St. Louis, Mo. to Glenn Fay and Alice Gertrude “Trudy’’ (Woolsey) Pierce and died Wednesday, June 12, 2024, in Jefferson City.
He is survived by his wife Cindy Simmons; sisters, Melissa Wilkinson and her husband Kirt of Arnold, and Paula Mattingly and her husband Aaron of Foley, Ala.; children, Crystal Brown of Bland and Jessica Nappier and her husband Michael of Sullivan; a son-in-law, Noel Tatkenhorst of Cuba, Mo.; also a number of grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Pastor Steve Jones officiating. Burial was in New Home Çemetery near Falcon. Visitation was from noon until service time at 2 p.m., also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
