SGT (Ret.) Mark Wayne Moody, age 59, of Plato, died Friday, May 24, 2024, in Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Moody of the home in Plato; his brother, Lynn H. Moody and wife, Kim, of Jonesboro, Ark.; two sisters, Shanalene Vaughn and husband, Pete of Monroe City, and Mary Walker of Palestine, Ark.; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services with Full Military Honors will be held at noon Thursday, June 6, 2024, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/ St. Robert.
Visitation will be held Thursday, from 11 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m. in Memorial Chapel.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Mark Moody and may be left at Memorial Chapel.
