Norma Jean (Nelson) West, 69, of Phillipsburg, passed away Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at her home.
Norma is survived by her husband Kenneth West of the home; four children, Tim Nelson of Lebanon, Dennis Hill of Kansas City, Gary West (Samantha) of Richland, and Candy Hagge (Richie) of Lebanon; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Mike Nelson (Mary Ann) of Richland, and one sister, Pauline and her husband Philip of Cartersville, Ga.; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many special friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. until time off service at 11 a.m., in the Grace Baptist Church of Richland. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Norma Jean (Nelson) West and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
