Oveta Faye Richardson, 93, of Kansas City, Kan., formerly of Windyville, was born April 23, 1930, in Windyville to Early D. and Zella (Duncan) Hildebrand and died Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, in Kansas City, Kan. She is survived by a daughter, Connie Mae and husband Steve Houk of Kansas City, Kan.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Oveta Faye Richardson were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with Bro. Dennis Skinner officiating. Burial was in Lone Rock Cemetery, under the care and direction of the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
