Patricia E. Surrrette, 72, of Lebanon died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, in Mercy Hospital Lebanon. She is survived by her sons, Ken Champion and Thomas Kern, both of Kansas City. Arrangements will be announced by Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
