Rene O. Cook, 74, of Sedalia, was born Sept. 6, 1949, in St. Louis, Mo. to Robert Dale and Arline Olga Schmidt-Ochs and died Friday, May 31, 2024, in Columbia.
She is survived by one son, Robert D. Cook; three siblings, Robert Ochs (Bonnie) of Eureka, Judie Fiedler (Gary) of Warsaw, and Bonnie Luna (Jaime) of Prosser, Wash.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Fort Leonard Wood State Veterans Cemetery. There is no visitation scheduled. Her body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
