Robert (Bob) L. Howerton, 92, of Buffalo, was born March 20, 1931, in Buffalo to Lolan H. and Oval (Owens) Howerton, and died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023. He is survived by his wife Betty; four daughters, Pam and Warren Louderbaugh of Buffalo; Kayla and Don Robbs of Gaffney, S.C.; Gina Hohensee of Buffalo, and Joy and Steve Schuelke of Buffalo; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Karen Carney of Bartlesville, Okla., and a sister-in-law, Kathleen Dill. Visitation will the family will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, with funeral services following 11 a.m. in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. The family requests memorial contributions be made to your favorite charity or to the Macedonia Cemetery fund.
