Ronald “Ron’’ Edward Varner, 78, of Buffalo was born July 18, 1945, in Newton, Kan. to James Edward and Pansy Mildred (Jones) Varner and died Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at Colonial Springs Rehab Center in Buffalo. He is survived by his daughter, Ronda Stidham and her husband Jeff; a daughter, a son, Eddie Varner and his wife Melanie; four grandchildren, and a brother-in-law, Joe Kellhofer. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023, Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation will be held one hour prior beginning at 1 p.m.
