Ruthetta Miller, 93, of Strafford was born Dec. 14, 1929, in Conway to Sada (Rader) and Homer Alfred Stevens Sr. and died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2023, in her home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 11, 2023, at St. Luke Cemetery near Conway, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Luke Cemetery and left in care of the funeral home.
