Stella Margaret (Strahan) McMahon, 87, of Richland, died Friday, July 19, 2024 in the Richland Care Center of Richland.
She is survived by her three children, Debbie Carnes (Tom), and Don McMahon (Dana) all of Richland, Rick McMahon of Lebanon, and one daughter-in-law, Donna Howlett of Richland; six grandchildren, W.T. Carnes (Tori), Kenny Carnes, Scott McMahon (Kendal) of Richland, Lindsey Frank (Geremy) Swedeborg, Ryan Wilson (Hope) of Falcon, and David Minor of Lebanon; 11 great grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law: Jimmy Forbes of Des Moines, Iowa; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Stella is preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Strahan and Willie Houston Strahan, siblings: John Strahan Jr., Lennie Lee O’Brian, James Phillip “Red” Strahan, Lou Vee Strahan Rogers and Barbara Forges; her beloved husband, Charles Walter McMahon, Jr. (2014), one son, Ronald Dale “Ronnie” McMahon (2009), and one daughter-in-law, Janet Elaine (Wilson) McMahon (2010).
Visitation was held at 5:00-6:30 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2024, with funeral service at 6:30 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
Graveside service and burial was held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in the Mt. View Cemetery near Richland.
