Stormie Annette (Akins) Kirksey, 49, of Springfield, died Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
She is survived by her husband Daren; son, Evan (Mariah), father, Chuck (Teri) Akins, mother, Debra Akins and grandparents, George and Ruth Akins; 12 siblings, Mistie (Eric) Dickenson, Jeremie (Tara) Akins, Amber (Joe) Moore, Matison (Signey) Akins, Randilyn (Adam) Spaulding, Tiffany (Matt) Scarborough, Jaxin Akins, Brandy Quinlan, Tracy (Randy) Zorich, Andrew (Cassie) Perkins, Krista (Nick) Henderson, Angela Peterson, and Danielle Peterson.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Children’s Miracle Network in Springfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
