Troy Nathan Pannell, 57, of Lebanon, was born May 27, 1966, in Springfield to Lester and Charlene Pannell and died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, at Lebanon South Nursing & Rehab in Lebanon. He is survived by Angie and Joe Wojak of New York City, and Eric and Dynesha Pannell of Nixa. All services will be private under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon. A memorial has been established to the Lebanon Public Library and donations may be made through the funeral home.
