Twyla Bonita O’Dell Miller was born on May 9, 1952, in Lebanon, Mo. to Ivan O’Dell and Freda Pender O’Dell. She left this life for her heavenly home on July 24, 2024, at Springfield Mercy Hospital.
Twyla is survived by two sons, Jeremiah Miller and Matthew Miller and wife Jessica, and four grandchildren, Brayden, Blake, Brody, and Makenna Miller; one brother Jerry O’Dell and wife Judy and one sister Betty O’Dell Morris.
Graveside services will be held at noon on Saturday, Aug. 10 at Bilderback Cemetery outside of Conway, Mo. with cousin Pastor Wendell Clement officiating.
Celebration of Life is to be at Cross Creek Church in Lebanon following the graveside service.
Twyla always had a heart for animals and had rescued, loved and cared for many cats during her lifetime. She would like, if in lieu of flowers or tributes, that donations be made to an Animal Shelter. Donations for the shelter can be sent to Matthew Miller at 26898 Palmer Lane, Lebanon, Mo. 65536 or to Jeremiah Miller for the continued care of two of her rescued cats.
